I warmly invite you to a special one day retreat in the safe, welcoming space at the top of my beautiful 150-year-old cottage, where we’ll explore deep heart healing and soulful connection with angelic guidance. This is a weekend of not just healing and connection, but also empowerment—you’ll leave feeling uplifted and ready to move forward with new confidence.

We’ll focus on gentle heart-centred healing—whatever that looks like for you. Whether you’re grieving a loved one, navigating a major life change, or simply feeling emotional barriers, you’ll be lovingly supported by the angels. We’ll help you nurture your heart space, no matter where you are on your journey.
As the energy of the Summer Solstice continues to unfold, I invite you to join me for a day of healing, rest, reflection and gentle transformation.
Life can be busy, demanding and overwhelming. Sometimes we simply need the opportunity to pause, breathe and reconnect with ourselves.
This intimate retreat day has been created as a nurturing space to do exactly that.
Together we will work with the energy of The Sacred Rose of Solstice Light, a channeled mandala carrying frequencies of heart healing, inner radiance and personal growth. Through meditation, sound healing, reflection and sharing, you will be supported to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with the light that already exists within.
The day will include:

No previous experience is needed. Simply come as you are.
This is not about fixing yourself. It is about giving yourself permission to slow down, be nurtured and remember the wisdom, strength and light that already lives within you.
Light refreshments, herbal teas and snacks will be provided. Please bring your own lunch.

The Soul Mandala helps you remember who you are, brings you back to yourself and reconnects you to your higher purpose and self.
I’m very excited to be teaching here in Plymouth. Sea views and beautiful walks, time in nature with so many wonderful spaces just a short drive away it will truly be a wonderful experience for us all.
Accommodation isn’t included, but I’m happy to recommend nearby places. Parking is free on the road, and if you have any accessibility needs, please let me know in advance.

I started working with the Archangels over 15 years ago and went on my own self development and discovery in the process. 10 years ago my guides asked me to start sharing with others and this course was seeded. This isn't just about meeting the Archangels but rather going on a journey of self discovery and development. I have seen clients of all levels from beginners to more advanced growing in confidence and finding a new sense of wellbeing while becoming more spiritually open and attuned to the beautiful energies we connect with. I love to help others on their journey whether the focus is on development or healing there are always some beautiful surprises along the way.
