Services and Bookings

1. Each consultation appointment must be booked and paid in advance through the Calendly online booking system.

2. All appointments currently take place over Zoom.

3. Any requests to rearrange appointments must be made at least 72 hours in advance via email to Amber Louise at Amber Louise Holistic. Appointment changes are subject to availability. Multiple or repeated reschedule requests may incur additional charges.

4. Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive on time and email Amber Louise if you are running late. If you arrive late, that time will be deducted from your session and cannot be added on. Amber Louise will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes; beyond this, the session will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

5. Refund Policy – Upon confirmation of your booking, you are responsible for the full session fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations. Please refer to the rearrangement terms above.

6. If you fail to attend a session at the booked time and date, the full fee paid in advance will be forfeited.

7. If a session cannot proceed due to technical failures on the part of Amber Louise Holistic, or if Amber Louise is unable to attend for any reason, your session will be rescheduled or refunded.

8. In-person sessions are available upon request and will incur additional costs for travel, venue hire, and the added preparation involved.

9. Any additional services will be quoted separately on a project basis and agreed upon before work commences.

Services and Communications

• Communication should be made via email directly to Amber Louise at Amber Louise Holistic.

• WhatsApp messages are also accepted, though response times will vary and are not guaranteed to be quicker than email.

• Business-related communication will not be accepted or actioned via social media platforms.

• WhatsApp group chats may be used for certain offerings, but you are free to opt out at any time.

  Responsibilities

Amber Louise Holistic will:

• Provide high-quality and personalised services within the agreed timeframe.

• Arrive on time and deliver all services as outlined.

• Maintain professionalism and treat all client information with strict confidentiality.

Clients agree to:

• Submit any objectives and questions at least 48 hours (excluding weekends) before their session.

• Arrive on time for sessions and notify Amber Louise if running late.

• Understand that Amber Louise Holistic sessions are for guidance, development, and business growth, and are not therapy or counselling services.

Fees and Payments

Amber Louise Holistic operates as a professional service with a clear payment policy:

• Payment is required in advance for all services. No work will begin without prior payment.

• Missed sessions without prior rearrangement will result in forfeiture of the full session fee.

• Upon confirming a session, you are liable for the full fee. No refunds will be given if you cancel.

• If Amber Louise is unable to attend or a session is disrupted due to technical issues on her part, the session will be rescheduled or refunded.

Membership Discount Terms

Discounts associated with membership are only valid after three (3) consecutive monthly payments have been made, either in advance or monthly.

If you wish to access a discounted service before this period is complete, and this is agreed upon when you join, the discount may be applied retrospectively. In such cases, the discount may be:

• Refunded after the third payment has been made, or

• Applied as a credit to a future service.

This arrangement must be agreed in writing at the start of your membership

Payment Instalments

• Payment instalments may be available upon agreement with Amber Louise.

• Instalments are billed monthly on the same day as your first payment and cannot be cancelled or postponed.

• Sessions must be used within the payment period and cannot be rolled over or moved beyond that timeframe.

• Rescheduling sessions is subject to availability; no specific times can be guaranteed.

• Websites must be paid for in full before going live.

• By entering a payment plan, you are agreeing to these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Amber Louise Holistic will not be liable for any business loss, including but not limited to: loss of profits, contracts, data, or other indirect damages, including issues arising from third-party services. All changes made to your business as a result of these services are undertaken at your own discretion and risk.

Intellectual Property

• Amber Louise Holistic owns all intellectual property associated with materials and content used during sessions and in training.

• No material may be copied, shared, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

• All content provided on the Amber Louise Holistic website is offered in good faith; however, no guarantees are made regarding its accuracy or completeness.

• Amber Louise Holistic accepts no responsibility for errors or omissions on the website.
