I warmly invite you to a special one day retreat in the safe, welcoming space at the top of my beautiful 150-year-old cottage, where we’ll take 4 beautiful hours of taking time for you, time away from demands and stresses.

I am led by the Angels and my guides in ways that are both supportive and healing. Using crystals, sound, guided mediation and angelic guidance we will flow through a gentle day of taking time to refill your cup.
This is a deliberately small and intimate retreat, allowing each person the space to truly relax. No two retreats will ever be exactly the same, as I am guided on the day to offer what is most needed in that moment.
When did you last take a few hours completely for you?
Not to work.
Not to catch up on everything that needs doing.
Not to look after everybody else.
Just time to stop, breathe, relax and be.
On Friday 25th September, I’m opening my home to just four people for a very special four-hour mini retreat.
This is your invitation to step away from everyday life, put everything else down for a while and allow yourself to simply receive.
Throughout our time together, I’ll gently weave in crystals, angelic energy, sound, meditation, healing and intention — all with one purpose:
To help you relax, restore and reconnect with yourself.
There’s nothing you need to achieve.
Nothing you need to know.
And nowhere else you need to be.
We’ll also pause for a short lunch break, and everyone will leave with a special surprise gift to continue that feeling of nurturing themselves at home.

The Soul Mandala helps you remember who you are, brings you back to yourself and reconnects you to your higher purpose and self.
I’m very excited to be teaching here in Plymouth. Sea views and beautiful walks, time in nature with so many wonderful spaces just a short drive away it will truly be a wonderful experience for us all.
Accommodation isn’t included, but I’m happy to recommend nearby places. Parking is free on the road, and if you have any accessibility needs, please let me know in advance.

I started working with the Archangels over 15 years ago and went on my own self development and discovery in the process. 10 years ago my guides asked me to start sharing with others and this course was seeded. This isn't just about meeting the Archangels but rather going on a journey of self discovery and development. I have seen clients of all levels from beginners to more advanced growing in confidence and finding a new sense of wellbeing while becoming more spiritually open and attuned to the beautiful energies we connect with. I love to help others on their journey whether the focus is on development or healing there are always some beautiful surprises along the way.
